The most perfect few days, everything we could have wished for and more. A stunning location and a great host. A brilliant opportunity to get away from it all and have a go at living the simpler life. A haven for dog owners, I have never been somewhere so brilliantly suited and where they are not just allowed but really welcomed and designed for!

What a place!

What a place! The Shepherds Hut is just perfect, it's spacious, clean and well equipped with the most amazing views, just what we wanted for a long weekend. Situated in the most beautiful secluded countryside come rain or shine. Roger was a fantastic host, even on standby when we got lost! Highly recommend, and definitely hoping to return!

Absolutely wonderful weekend away.

The log burner kept us toasty and warm whilst the Shepard's Hut feels quite luxurious. It's lovely and secluded but we also walked to the local pub through fields. Roger was a great host and provides good information about the local area. Thank you!
