Lets are generally for 2,3,4 or 5 nights and can start on any available day of the week.
Period of let is normally 3pm on day of arrival to 11am on day of departure.
Bookings – Only when we have received your Booking Form Email fully filled out and the deposit (or full payment if less than 6 weeks to arrival date) is paid is your booking secure.
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking if booked more than 6 weeks in advance of the letting period.
For bookings less than 6 weeks in advance the full charge is payable on booking.
Cancellations – if made by the client more than 8 weeks in advance, a full refund of the deposit will be made if we are able to re-let the Hut for the period. If this is not possible, the deposit will be retained.
Over 6 weeks as above – no cancellation charge.
4 – 6 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
2 – 4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks – no refund
The number of people occupying the property should not exceed two.
Replacement or remuneration is requested in the event of any damage or breakage. Please let us know.
The client shall take reasonable and appropriate care of the property and all of the equipment, furniture and fittings, leaving the property in the same clean and tidy condition as when the letting commenced.
The owners shall have no liability for personal injury or accident, loss or damage to personal belongings unless this arises from the owner’s negligence.
If any children are present they must be supervised, especially near to the wildlife pond.
There is no smoking in the Hut.
